The resident members shall be the governing body of the society and that the society is a bureaucracy.

There shall be an Executive Council composed of the elected officers of the society. It shall be headed by the President.

There shall be two divisions headed by two vice-presidents. These divisions shall be the Scholastics and Welfare divisions.

There shall be an administrative staff composed of the Records Committee and Finance Committee.

There shall be three committees under the Scholatics Division. These are the following:

    a. Computer Science Committee
    b. Mathematics Committee
    c. Statistics Committee

There shall be three committees under the Welfare Division. These are the following:

   a. Integral Committee
   b. Membership Committee
   c. Socio-Cultural Committee

Every active member, except the two vice-presidents shall be assigned to one committee under the Scholastics Division and one committee under the Welfare Division.
